Milwaukee Road #261
Fall Color Excursion
October 7-8, 2006 

On Saturday and Sunday October 7-8, 2006 the Friends of the Milwaukee Road #261 in conjunction with Canadian Pacific Railroad and Amtrak ran Steam Train Excursions with #261.  The trips ran from Minneapolis, MN to LaCrescent, MN and return.  They ran on the CP mainline that hugs the Mississippi River.  The weather was AWESOME and the colors were at there peak.
