Canadian Pacific #2816 "Empress"  

On June 19, 2004 the Canadian Pacific #2816 pulls an excursion for the Milwaukee Road Historical Society from Minneapolis, MN to La Crescent, MN and return.  Most of the cars in the consist are painted Milwaukee Road.  Highlighted is the newly repainted Skytop Observation Car "Cedar Rapids".
